It should be so obvious by this point that evangelism is important. For some reason, my head was just not connecting it. Or maybe my head had it but my heart was running slow. Yet this week I was reminded again and again just how important evangelism is. It is literally part of the Great Commission. We, as believers, are called to evangelize. Daily, if we can. But, we always seem to have something holding us back. Some are literally just excuses created to prevent us from stepping out of our comfort zone, but others are simply because we don't understand the process of evangelism as well as we could or we should. Evangelism does not have to be just talking to a random stranger. Evangelism does not have to be just handing out a gospel tract and walking away like a "hit and run" spiritually.
